Home Evaluation

The home evaluation process is the most important step in selling your home.  Anyone that gives you a home value without viewing your home in person may be costing you money or setting you up for failture in selling your home. This is what I do after I know that you need a home evaluation. 

1) Extensive research of your home using SAMA and ISC title documents. 

2) Research on SOLD data in your area. 

3) Research on COMPETING data in your area. 

4) Research on EXPIRED data in your area. 

5) A full walk through of your home and questions about your property. 

6) Based on SOLD data. I suggest a price on where your home will bring buyers. 

7) I will go through the dangers of listing your home too high by going over the COMPETING and EXPIRED data. 

8) YOU are in control of the pricing. It is my job to give you all my reccomendations so you make an informed decision. 

9) SIGN Papers and I start MARKETING YOUR PROPERTY!!!!
